Growing up in Iran, Saudi Arabia, Africa, and Europe during her formative years, Lisa's diverse cultural experiences have influenced her artistic style and perspective. After pursuing her education at Sarah Lawrence College, Lisa worked at MTV Animation where she further studied characters and character formation.
Lisa currently resides in Seattle, Washington, where she continues to create unique and thought-provoking artworks. Her sculptures, which she fondly refers to as "Bitties," embody a flirty, whimsical, and mysterious quality that invites viewers into imaginative narratives.
